    • Bill PursellI became involved with the Seeking Justice for the Innocent group after shamefully bearing witness to an innocent man being wrongfully convicted. This experience, coupled with much research, has led to my understanding of a judicial system that is not only fraught with unchecked illicit procedures, but also a system where some individuals utilize iniquitous practices which need to be called to question. When the punitive body of our nation remains so invisibly unbridled, I cannot remain idle, because I believe we should, “live in a land where all individuals in the legal system seek the truth.”  Justice is not a political game where some abuse the system to pad their conviction rates.
